Welcome to Two Besties Co! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Two Besties Co. Two Besties Co operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Two Besties Co is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd or Shopify International Limited, depending on where Two Besties Co is located, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Two Besties Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Your order is not accepted until Two Besties Co confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Two Besties Co may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, labour disputes, supply shortages, utility or telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions or other similar events.

Product listings and content may be owned by Two Besties Co or used under licence, permission or other rights from our suppliers and content providers.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.
